Stop looking at viewership and thinking it represents everything when the relevant aspects of a branch and a company is revenue and profit, which in this matter, they are up there in the industry. viewership will vary over the years for different factors and even revenue, but if you are stable in it it wont matter.
Lastly, while there is graduations, the vast majority of JP are members from 2018/2019 with almost 80 members out of 124 being from those years. Chihiro graduated 6 years after joining so dont act like this is something bad, its normal even and shouldnt be seen as bad. 6 years is already an insane amount of time. Graduations will always happen, what they need and do is maintain most of the members.
