Kind of hard to get it at the mid-thigh level. Too much weight (even at 1.2) seems to pull it down to below knee, and it's hard to even get a proper pantyhose in the first place (it defaults to thighhighs). Pairing with "white pantyhose" for a colour also just gives you double pantyhose. Failed gen here - I wanted to do a skirt hold with pantyhose pull without showing the genitals:
