Fortunately she is incredibly weak and would get exhausted incredibly quickly.
Biggest threat is her mouth. She can probably bite you pretty hard. I'd recommend a swift punch to the jaw as early on as you can. Biggest threat then is just her basically cat scratching you and a few punches and kicks that will probably hurt her more than you.
