Compare it to similar situations by other companies. They almost always say something like
>Recently one of our talents/employees/whatever posted a comment that we as a company do not agree with. After becoming aware of the situation we immediately took action to have the post removed and begin a formal investigation internally. We sincerely apologize to everyone who was hurt by this comment. This comment is not in line with our company and we condemn any and all racist speech, it is not what our company is about.
