The only person to seriously make some tests is Runie who's been preparing coffee since Offkai, once every two weeks on average. She's tasting Uruka's on Sunday.
So far she's said Saya's is great. She tasted Michiru's and it's supposed to taste like grapes, a bit fruity.
Most of the people doing flavor tests were done before June 2023 when only the original flavors existed, so it's meaningless to take what they say as absolute given that there are many more flavors now.
