Things have moved faster than expected, and there will be TWO off-season events, one in April and another in July.

https://implyingrigged.info/wiki//vt/_League_AcademyThe April event is a training league for non-managers and beginner managers. If a hooman wants to try their luck with tactics for it I'll gladly help. Otherwise /who/ will probably participate anyway but can't ensure it 100%, since I'll be involved in the event organization. Only requirements are being able to run PES19, being able to read, and being a good sport. Let me know if you'd be interested.
