>>36969475I did exactly that. Combat is hard to get used to, specially coming from DOS2. But it becomes incredibly rewarding as you progress through the game.
The first few areas are unfair and difficult, and not representative of the difficulty/mechanics of the game. But as soon as you complete the party with 6 characters the game becomes much richer mechanically. To the point that I now prefer real-time combat, pausing at my leisure (I used to refuse to play the game because it didn't have turn-based combat like DOS2). The story and world-building is amazing too, there are so many relevant decisions to make and books/notes to read... great games
