I believe that the speed you put out words dropping is directly caused by the the attention you're putting on on the perceived lack of quality elsewhere. Based on the all-encompassing reach of your failings, if I had to take a stab at it, I'd say you might be a tad afraid of putting out something of worse quality than what you're used to.
My advice is to accept the fact that you may fail, and stop being afraid of it, because being afraid of failure will in turn cause you to fail. That's easier said than done, but I guarantee you'll feel better after you finish your writing.
