>>3794055If VRoid is too much for you, there's a circle of very small time japanese indie vtubers that use VKatsu for their models (the worksafe version of Koikatsu Party!) It's 100% free if you wanna throw a character together real quick and see what you can come up with.
I'm not exactly sure how reliable it is, but you it also lets you export your characters to Niconico3d to use in VirtualCast for about $50 per character. I'd be surprised if they ratted you out for using the free built-in capture tool, though.
