Personally I prefer the use of CGDCT (conceptually) to calling literally everyone alive a unicorn just because it's not coopting a word that already has an actual meaning in the vtubing community

There should be a brand new word that doesn't come from anime or the prexisting vtubing lexicon just so everyone can stop dancing around the subject with eachother
