The problem with those statements is: they're unfalsifiable. If she WAS told to say things by the management, then she would just as well be told to say she wasn't told to say.
And if she's NOT saying there's a problem, that doesn't mean there isn't a problem.
Ultimately, for the viewers is a question of faith: to believe one side or not to believe them.
