When you're playing random stuff you just feel compelled to or aren't even personally interested in but just want a view buff, I can see it as being hard to keep up the act for days/weeks/months/years nonstop. Try talking to yourself in your car next time you're on like a 20-30 minute drive. Do not stop for more than like 5 seconds for anything. Comment on shit playing on the radio or something. Now imagine doing this for 10x as long 5-6+ days a week. Now imagine you have to be coherent and not repeat yourself and actually-be engaging/fun etc nonstop.
Basically if you're a good actor and few can tell when you're phoning things in vs genuinely interested, this is infinitely easy, but not everyone is like that. I don't think it's "hard" but it's got to be pretty fucking annoying to do nonstop all the time; it takes a certain kind of mindset for it and I can see why girls tend to be good at this, quite a few of them are genuine motormouths who never get tired of talking nonstop (koyori for example). I think I wouldn't be able to stand doing it for more than like a week before going back to my old job because I'd unironically find it less annoying to do.
