After joining and observing Lumi and Yuri's communities and here are my thoughts:
The exact same people who are chill and warm around Yuri turn into raving pseuds around Lumi and they become loud. And I must emphasize these are the same people. When I am in Lumicord, I have to turn everyones' volumes down. When I am in Yuricord, I have to turn everyones' volumes up. There's a reason why "Lumicord is better without Lumi" is a meme. There is something about Lumi that makes men pseuds.
In Ender's Game, a brother and sister hide their posting style by working together: the brother writes the first draft and the sister rewrites it and posts it and vice versa. Lumi does this with her inner circle.
This is why you find posts that sound like they could have been written by Lumi but also by Chris, or by Lumi and also DancingCharmander. Mel taught her how to do that. Several other talents do the same.
Lumi is a busyposter. This means that she humblebrags about how busy she is all the time. "Sorry guys, I'm going to be 1 minute late to movie night because I am RECORDING FOR OFFKAI COME TO OFFKAI EVERYONE THIS IS TOTALLY NOT AN AD FOR OFFKAI." Like longtime Lumigumis have said: "Lumi is deliberate." Lumi creates the perception that she is busy. This is a common defense that people use to deter unwanted social events and additional corporate or academic obligations. It can also be used to wiggle out of prior commitments. "Pretend to be more busy than you are" is a variation tactic of Sun Tsu's "pretend to be weak." The truth is that she has more free time than you might think. Take Lumi's busyposting with a grain of salt. I understand why Lumi would bluff like this seeing how she has a bad case of doormat.
The only people who can work with Pippa are doormats like Lisa and tard wranglers like Tenma. Lumi is both doormat and wrangler. She'd have to be to become a manager at CL for the same pay as before.
Yuri is crazier than Pippa. More unstable too and with worse health problems. Pippa and Yuri are both tards and they are both doormats but Yuri is more of a doormat. Lumi is a doormat and a wrangler. Pippa pendulum swings from doormat to toxic with little nuance or in-between. Lumi swings from brat to doormat with more nuance. Yuri swings from gremlin to doormat.
I notice my writing style becoming more and more pseud as I progress, despite myself.
Lumi emits Gliese 667 radiation that turns people who interact with her into a pseud.
tldr; Most of Lumi's problems are a direct result of her acting like a doormat.
