Get this bundle in the new player's package.
The currency needed to buy outfits is not something you can actually earn in game, so if you want to get Ame at all, you'll have to spend money, but this bundle is enough to guarantee you a copy of her character (yang harim) and probably enough of the clothing currency (which you'll need to get anyway if you want to buy her outfit) when she's released.
