The honeymoon period is over for many with HoloEN. At first people used that as a bad thing but really it's not, it just split people up into two parties.
Party 1: Falseflaggers/shitposters: as the honeymoon period ended some lost a bit of interest in the hobby, some naturally went to do other stuff, some got too addicted to the threads and are still around, it happens.
Party 2 (the more common party): The first few months of holoEN there were constant questions of "Why do I fap less ever since getting to hololive?" which was due to the obsession with the hobby. As the honeymoon period ended for these people they remained still interested in the hobby and are having fun, but all of the fapping they used to do came roaring back.
