otsonny!! sonny i would never leave you, none of the new toys could ever compare to my goofy autistic abusive piss-haired cop brother no matter how much we accelerate, even if you are a whore. this stream reminded me why i love him, so incredibly fun watching him get excited over finding a new weapon or figuring out the game mechanics... while i love watching him suffer i also love him regressing into a kid as he slices through enemies with a beam sword and blasts them with mini planets. wasn't expecting a longer stream mostly because i forgot it was early today but he loves his retro style shooters so of course he ended up opting to finish it in one go, i think this is the first endurance stream he's done since coming back from break... in fact i think its the first 8+ hour stream he's done since jump king. jesas i knew the stream would be kino but i didnt expect him to get sucked in that much. he played on hard and still mostly breezed through it until the last few episodes, then he pretty quickly resorted to save-scumming so he could beat the game this stream and still had some trouble as the difficulty spiked. cue an incomprehensible but very cool final boss fight with some cheese on the side that took him a couple tries and he finally beat the game, the runtime somehow being almost exactly a minute less than the legendary 9hr odyssey stream (thankfully there were a few more breaks this time too).
he said he felt like it was one of his best streams in a while and im inclined to agree, between all the raids from other livers and the trippy environments and the pure stupid fun that is sucking mobs into a black hole at the click of a button this was a great time from start to finish and ill definitely have to rewatch when im not severely sleep deprived since it seems i am one of at least three staying up over 24hrs for this dude (though i end up watching most vods 5+ times anyway). thank you so much for a fantastic stream taichou, enjoy your spaghetti bolognese and have a great rest of your night! o7 (also very much looking forward to the december VP even if im a little sad i cant yet buy a sonny scarf)
