Let us try to deduce at least some part of what's going on to stifle the growth of absurd rrats with no real basis.
>Not Any Suspensionhttps://twitter.com/cover_corp/status/1593882622094032896?lang=enWe have had precedence of a suspension occuring before in TEMPUS, that being Vesper's with which came an formal notice citing a reason (internal misconduct) and a definite date of return (2 weeks since). Vesper's original suspension was announced without little delay, leaving no room for him to be uncharacteristically missing before his suspension period began.

The announcement itself was posted almost 3 days after BOTH Vesper and Magni missed their scheduled collab stream as well as their own individual streams up until the announcement. Considering the above, this implies that none of the talents had committed any actions that would invoke a suspension while missing their streams and that the decision to send the new announcement was decided upon after the fact. The sudden disappearances of both Magni and Vesper with no updates despite their schedules also suggests that this was not foreseen by the either the talents or management.
>Not The Usual ReasonsRegular and mundane reasons such as health issues, tech issues and such that would interfere would streaming of either members would have been addressed by the talents themselves either in advance or without delay. This has occured with talents throughout hololive production in all branches. This did not happen with either talent in this case. The official hololive account has not mentioned any such reason either, suggesting that these are not the case.

He notes that the TEMPUS boys (himself included) also have very little details on the announcement, that they chose to withhold the information out of privacy concerns and that he should not divulge the finer details.
This suggests that some, if not the bulk of information regarding this incident has to do with private information regarding Magni, Vesper and/or Cover, as the rest of the boys would not have the right to receive and disseminate most of the information in this context. This is also coherent with the lack of information in the official announcement and from both of Magni and Vesper's accounts so far, as a way to protect private information.
>Summary So FarWith the information we have at our disposal as of this moment, what we can OUTLINE is that Magni and Vesper:
-For unforeseen reasons outside of the norm
-Related to their and/or Cover's personal/private info
-Leading to vagueness in announcement
-Are unable to continue carrying out activities
