I honestly haven't gotten much about them in thought, but the terms you offer would certainly be acceptable to them because it would provide them with a means of trading with one of the more wealthy states in the world. They might not know this, but I am sure your guys will show up and lay out all of the goods they can have from trading with you. Stuff like weapons, armor, tools, and even fancy things would be appealing for obvious reasons. I also am not a fan of specific goods being traded. Would you be purchasing this land, or just showing up, building it and explaining it? Both work really, but the latter will have some consequences that could be fun. Either way, I need to think about what we would trade with you and perhaps if villages would set up near these posts.
BUT, I also want to ask you if your people would be willing to teach Sunwalkers to sail or build them ships? Consider these.
