I never used the guided penetration tag/lora and I'm unsure if it works or not... One thing that helps me get guided penetrations are the tags "cameltoe/pussy, handjob, imminent penetration, reverse cowgirl, on top". Using the handjob tag works as a "penis grab" tag, and the reverse cowgirl+on top tags puts the chuuba sitting over the guy's lap to make it easier for the AI to figure out the "guiding". I did this for someone weeks ago using these kinds of tags:
