Regardless of concerns about dramafags, the livers need to leave exactly because Nijisanji isn't going to do shit to protect them. Breaking that corporate chain is going to suck at first but it's the only way they'll actually be able to safeguard themselves and their community from the shitstorm that their managers and coworkers refuses to acknowledge nor deal with.
