all points mentioned above cause significant monetary losses to the company.
All this time off from screen, Senchou trying to scrape off the mountain of projects they throw at her, cast cost the company next to quarter of million us dollars in lost ad revenue in less than a year.(and this is a generous low-ball estimate without superchats)
Simultaneously they spend 2-3x more money on studio hours trying to squeeze a good take from her burned voice, paying all those extra hours to all the audio tech people and managers doing overtime for no good reason.
If I would throw an estimate, Cover is actually burning money (at alarming rate) just trying to keep her at work, it would literally be cheaper to have her do nothing.
