It's not my call but since your case sounds unhealthy I think you really NEED a break. Maybe try finding a video game husbando and obsess over him for a while instead, minmax him, get him to level 99 or something. You need something that overshadows Shien in your mind but not another real person and thats why I sugest some game character.
