JP girls do collabs that fall into 2 categories
1) All girls collab
2) Equal gender split
They never participate in collabs where women are a minority, except in certain instances like esports tournaments with ecelebs.
* notably this trend is not followed by members with a more ambiguous gender. Ange for example looks like a man, and is typically included in male-heavy collabs.

NijiEN is completely different. The only all-girls collabs are either 1v1 or wave-collabs. There is no effort to balance the genders in collabs, and girls frequently participate in collabs with ludicrous ratios like 11 men, women.

Basically 2 types of collabs exist: girls-only collabs, evenly-split collabs. Although certain members will also do some esports collabs that can mess up the gender ratio.
NijiJP has some members that are a bit more "gender ambiguous".
Like Hoshirube, or Ange. These members are far more likely to participate in other-gender collabs which aren't simply big events.

But in NijiEN? Girl's only collabs can only exist if they are wave-collabs, or 1v1 collabs. Large girl's only collabs of 4+ members don't exist in EN.
Also there is no attempt to split collabs by gender, the girls frequently participate in massively male-heavy events. This would never happen in JP

Almost half of JP collabs are girls-only, and a high number of others are split-collabs. Male-majority collabs are quite infrequent and super male-heavy collabs barely exist. The fact that so many split collabs exist probably indicates an intentional policy to split certain collabs evenly by gender.

EN lacks girl-collabs, and the ones they do have are usually 1v1 collabs, or wave-collabs. Larger female-only collabs do not exist, unless it's a collab with JP. There seems to be no attempt at splitting collabs along gender lines. Instead there is an excess of super-heavy male collabs with gender ratios beyond 2/1.

I found that NijiJP does plenty of girl's-only collabs, something that doesn't exist in NijiEN. They also typically split collabs evenly between genders, while NijIEN will do crazy gender ratios like 11 men, 4 women.

Pretty much the only way NijiEN gets an all-girl's collab
-- a 1v1
-- a wave collab
-- a collab with JP
Large all-girl's collabs of like 6-8 people exist in JP, but not in EN.
