Calliope was a it annoying to do one weapon with on stage 2 hard because her weapon is way weaker and slower than you'd think, but you're able to set up a pretty tanky build that way due to the rampant stat improvements to make nodoka mostly harmless, same as for most one weapon builds.
After doing a normal run and spacing on nodoka so I promptly died, I didn't feel like running Calliope through Stage 2 hard a third time so I just went with something simple. Could really feel the lack of the facemask and bad luck on level ups for haste but oh well.
