Forgot the starry eyes, and I'm not adding them now since Blender gets a heart attack if you add something to a model with existing shapekeys.
It's got a better rig in the spine now, but it still can be improved.
>>30126245To be honest I've done like 4 characters, one was when I literally first started and was extremely simple, the other one was 9 months ago and was complete garbage, another one a couple of months ago and was in no way this complex, although it was in GG strive style.
This is my first serious, completely rigged character that will go into any other software that is not Blender, other than the previous character that someone else took care of when I finished texturing so I didn't rig it or did much other than model/texture. I've been using Blender for a little over a year but most of it was spent studying ArcSys' works, so I didn't have any idea on how much work it'd be, but I had a fairly good idea on how to do it. It's a shame I can't reverse engineer the rigs, since it would have helped, but oh well.
TL;DR: I had the theoretical knowledge on what I was supposed to do and how to do it, but basically no experience and hence why you find it weird.
I've committed a fuckton of oopsies but I already know what I should and should not do, so the next model should be faster. Also Letania's design is fairly complex so there's that.
