>>96788278>>96788328>>96788361>>96788392As someone who's been a PC hobbyist for years; I can say that M.2 SSDs (which often get called HDD or Hard Drives, but that's the wrong term technically) can be installed in a way that causes the drive to bow.
Initially, your PC will run without problem but after repeated heating and cooling cycles the solder joints will start to fail on the SSD and can cause signal integrity issues which will lead to random crashing. It's possible that the M.2 slot itself was also damaged from the force applied to it, but I haven't personally seen that.
I think the problem is also that you guys are correct on it's a JP tech trying to dumb down the info for the mane-chan who then is translating that to English. So we're never gonna get a great picture of what went wrong.
