They're still expanding ridiculously fast, got multiple offices and are recruiting a lot of people for all kind of positions.
They went from 20 employees to more than 150 in the span of a single year (152 in April 2021) and they probably have even more employees now, I wouldn't be surprised if they're above 200.
That extreme expansion sounds like a logistical nightmare though, and is probably the reason why their management is completely all over the place, they hardly got time to settle down, figure out how to communicate, work properly and efficiently with everyone in the team, and all that shit while they're still expanding.
