Being a streamer or an idol has an entire jungle of parasocial bullshit embedded into it. Some people find comfort in the sense of community or whatever, and do what they can to contribute. That's nothing to deride imo, until it becomes toxic by expecting special treatment or some abuse of authority.
I imagine Henya's moderator list is just prescribed by VSJ. Once Henya's got some more hours logged, maybe she'll be able to pick her own and go from there.
