The character of Umiushi Urara predates her joining Tsunderia and should be entirely her own (in the same way that Kana, Yuuna, and Mio all own their characters for the same reason; they were all the Tsunderia equivalent to Phase Invaders before the latter even existed), so unless she seriously fucked up on a contract signing somewhere and waived the rights to PPP somehow she should still retain ownership of all those assets. On top of that Jelly seems to be doing a similar thing, and obviously she wouldn't have any legal trouble surrounding the Moon Jelly character because it is entirely and unambiguously hers.
My guess is that it's something to do with Phase Connect wanting a degree of ownership over the Invader's characters and the Invaders wanting to keep their old identities in the back pocket in case shit goes south, so the compromise is rebranding upon joining. Jelly especially has her entire other career tied to that identity so there's so way she would sign it over to a corpo, no matter how much she trusted them.
