Especially since she kind of took IRyS' underused despair part of her angel of hope shtick so she kind of had a little bit of a concept even if she didn't really exist. (Though the whole screaming out to the void her existence thing is also an interesting alternate angle).
Too bad doing a similar thing with Justice kind of needs post debut details in order to use the bits of their lore they don't use as a basis.
