She did imply she would have a hoodie or something of that sort for this year's birthday goods, it might be modeled after the new outfit but I'm pretty sure the outfit came first and not the other way round. No way she would "waste" the first outfit in three years just to promote goods that would sell thousands of copies anyway. Not sure what your problem with the outfit is anyway, I think it looks great.
