Depressions catching up really badly though which is why ive been isolating myself for like 10 days to not bother people again despite knowing its a bad coping mechanism. Barely made it through last week. Even got bad enough i was barely able to take care of myself (made sure to not neglect my cats though) and i was running on 2 hours of sleep for 48 hours on Sunday/Monday/tuesday and now slept 6 hoours but i still feel dead as hell and my eyes are burning. Seems more owari than ever lattely. Not saying i willl give up but my energy is really running out more than ever at this point.
