>>20979434I spent way too long thinking about this post and while I still think it's retarded (when did Vei enjoy anime again exactly) I think it has an undeniable kernel of truth to it. There has been a fundamental tonal shift in the streams of the big vshojos and what we have now is basically unrecognizable compared to the stuff I started watching in 2020. The girls are more popular than ever so I shouldn't blame them, they've played their cards right and it has paid off. It has, however, completely alienated me as a viewer and I realize I haven't really enjoyed streams as much as I used to and it's probably better to cut my losses here before I end up like the rest of you. I can handle poor scheduling, but feeling disappointed even when I manage to catch a stream feels bad.
I'll go find some nice indie and try to have fun again. Take it easy and try not to go completely insane, /vsj+/. I'll still buy the nendoroid to celebrate good times we had. And don't "see you tomorrow" me.
