For future reference:
If not in wildy, pray melee in mage tank gear with food. The Saradomin wizard was a dragon dagger(p++) switch depending on your prayer, using the one you aren't praying against; he only appears outside the wilderness.
If in wildy, 3-item pray mage dds spam him down. The Zamorak wizard only attacks with magic; he only appears in the wilderness.
