From candid talks by all the girls they seem to have full control on merch design. Ame struggles with the price of things so thats why she went kinda simple and small, she also was the first HoloEN to design and sell her merch. So it probably was scary and didn't want to come up with an 80$ tshirt for a chuuba who had been streaming for a couple months and nobody knew if HoloEN was going to be a success.
But every time she talks about the other's merch she loves the wearable but interesting stuff like Kiara's apron. So hopefully she goes that route.
