Always plan your sleep in multiples of 90 Minutes plus however long you need in your current tiredness to fall asleep. This is due to shallow shit-sleep and good REM-sleep interchanging, and every 90 Minutes marks around the End of REM sleep. You don't even need Uberman-Tactics for this, you will feel more awake and have higher chances to dream (= your brain cleaning up / defragmenting) if you sleep for 3 hours or 4:30h instead of 70 minutes, 210 minutes or even 330 minutes.
