Demographic websites have been wrong for years, the only reliable statistic comes from streamers themselves, and they're not 100% accurate because of people not gendering themselves accordingly and because the majority of viewership of any content is anonymous without accounts, hence the various youtube videos where content creators will state "only 25% of you are subscribed!" and such. I think convention audience is a slightly better metric because you can at least see and gauge physically what the fan distribution looks like, but also not entirely reliable because of international fans and travel/logistical issues even for local fans. So the other REAL best metric is merch distribution since they are going to know your credentials due to payment processing statistics and shipping addresses+name, etc. And we're never going to know that without working for Anykara. That's why outside of this long tangent, I think the /#/faggot talking points are moot and the livers should really just do what they want to do and cater to the audience they want to grow
