Being remade according to the desires of my oshi is definitely a big part of the appeal. There's a greentext from the Lamy Transformation Archive that sort of illustrates what I mean.

I'm not really much of a fan of Lamy, but the unbirth/rebirth and the transformation parts are absolutely incredible to imagine.
I guess in my case at least, non-consensual transformation is the part I enjoy, and unbirth as the vector for that simply makes it all the more appealing.
