Holos are more than "just" the girl. They are also who they are due to the model, the holo environment, the collabs, the concert appearances and so on.
When you leave holo you lose a lot and all those things also contribute to who they were and why you liked them.
There's a reason almost every ex holo has become worse after leaving. Collabs with worse people, worse model, sometimes a worse platform they stream on, no more idol concerts and big event appearances etc.
