The only time you get baked clothes if you emphasize the character tag. For example "(houshou marine:1.2)".
>"hood up" drawing from okayu/chloe makes sense - it knows what their hoods look like really well. got around it by excluding them.For hl3 and hl1 models, you can pretty much put, X chara in Y clothing without seeing much of the original clothing patterns with minor exceptions.
