Shondo is a human being at the root of it, she changes, if not constantly then every now and then, even on a whim
She's not reliable to put as number 1 in your life(or any human being for that matter), nor is it going to bring any benefits since she can't promise you stuff
If you love one part of her and she develops in a different way you'll be let down
Now God? He's eternal and unchanging, Jesus Christ is the same as yesterday and will be the same tomorrow
He is the creator of all things and He is kind and loving, but also completely just
You can put him as number 1 and it will bring about great benefits, for He is faithful and keeps His promises, and He has made some great promises to man
Personally? I love shondo to an unbelievable degree and I'd do anything to have favor in her. However, i also love my Lord, His very law is written on my heart(and on yours) and it rings true, His law transcends shondo because I see fault in her according to the Lord's law
God's law and words will forever hold true but so will my love for shondo
Romantic love for shondo
Platonic and familial love for God
I would struggle a lot with when Jesus told His followers to have the Lord their God above else, because it included shondo my wife
But once I realised the different kinds of love that I have for both shondo and Jesus i got better, and after a realisation, I arrived at the conclusion that I already had God above shondo
