Import file.
Duplicate the OG layer (you will need the original layer for reference.
Remove the eyes by using the clone/healing spot tools.
Draw closed eyelids on top of this new layer.
Make sure you look at references of characters with their eyes closed so you don't end up with the eyes drawn weirdly.
Lastly, use a gif like this instead of just pngs, it'll look more natural.
