Seeds are based on average score on day 2. #8-16 won't be competing today because they are in the Ro64 and Ro32.
If you didn't score someone, you didn't help or hurt their average. If you scored someone a 1, you hurt their average.
This took more work than expected. I finally seeded everyone properly, so now we can have today's vote.
