Her streams are documentation of her travels during her visit and evidence of the world outside of the Candy Kingdom. Everyone knows "Cover" is only an entertainment company on the surface and is actually a private paramilitary company, currently working as security detail for a few of the Holos, the Princess included. Why else do you think they're so genuinely bad at functioning as what they claim?
