Still, the original three months of /hlgg/ were pretty wild in the way of "everyone was basically starting from stratch in terms of culture with just the template and old wive's tales from /hlg/ refugees and the original split migrators" way.
It was really nice that people used to be way more open about reps, appreciative of other anons being successful and living a better life because of their oshi. Feels like after the /qa/ raid we picked up a few of those "I FUCKING HATE PEOPLE WHO AREN'T FAILURES LIKE ME" types, but they really only ever get made fun of for the most part, so it's not so bad.
I like it better now, but it was definitely wild back then in a way that it isn't now that we've explored most all the "new" avenues that were unknown back around the start of EN.
