Documents and papers that need to be signed, approved, emailed or sent to their managers, confirmation on things, updates on what they've been doing and all that kinda stuff. "Homework" isn't like actual test stuff or singing/dancing, it's just genuine paperwork shit they have to do behind the scenes to make sure the streaming part goes smoothly. From what we can tell from our end, there can be a lot of it and it certainly sounds boring as shit.
There's no telling how much of a hassle it truly is, but they do work for a Japanese company so it's likely to be extremely autistic and overly complicated for no reason at all.
