I thought that was impossibly low, so I went to investigate my recent 3view dutch singer oshi's 3D debut to see how many unique members chatting during it and, just on bit of pre-chat and the loading screen alone stopping at around 5:25 on the video, there had already been 94 unique members who chatted. This is on a stream that peaked at just above 1k ccv compared to the niji stream that peaked above 40k ccv.
