A well known YouTube influencer in Japan HIKAKIN has partnered with UUUUM to release their own Male Vtuber Idol group called Irix Academy.
To be release in September 25 marks their debut and HIKAKIN's venture in a male dominated medium. As why he didn't just debut cute girls I don't know kek.

I personally have no expectations to these guys but it's just funny that they debuting right after Niji JP's new male Idol wave( which they all suck btw I've seen how they sound like and none of them can sing). What will this lead to the ever shrinking relevance of the Male Vtuber market, and will Homostars ever gonna catch a break kwk
