She plays it up for entertainment, sometimes too hard, but the background is there. The endless stream delays/cancellations due to sickness, the time she got legitimately angry talking about her father in a space, and if you saw it that abortion of a GTA setup stream she did. I used to think she was putting it on, too, however she's made too many mistakes and has had too rough a time for that.
You have two options you can believe in my eyes:
1) Remilia Nephys is a world-class method actor playing a very long-term role with content and arcs planned out a year in advance, or;
2) Remilia Nephys really is kinda retarded in many ways.
