It's fine when Nijisanji does it because there's over 100+ streamers, and a majority of them don't hyperfocus on that content. If one of them does, you just watch someone else.
It's a 'problem' when Vshojo does it because it's the only thing they have going for them, and the MAIN way they all get views. It's what they specialise in, and it's their main draw over

Holo and Niji lewdness is like an evenly spread jam on a slice of toast; slathered on enough to give you a nice helping, but thin and infrequent enough to leave you wanting more. Vshojo is like eating directly from the jar; you're getting the taste, but now it's just overbearing, and you aren't even enjoying that lewdness with a nice side of zatsudan bread or epic gamer eggs and bacon.
